This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) explains how Veloji ( “Veloji,” or “we,” or “us,” or “our”) collects personal information based on your interactions with us online, including on our websites and applications to provide our virtual cycling experiences, including, the Veloji Game and other services (the “Services”). This Policy applies to our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services and describes rights you may have with respect to your personal information we collect about you.
The Services are provided by Veloji at no cost and is intended for use as is.
If you choose to use our Services, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Personal Information we Collect
For a better experience, while using our Services, we collect the following categories of personal information:
Personal identifiers: name; date of birth; email address
Protected class information: age; gender (self-identified)
Customer record information: height, weight, and health information such as heart rate, total output during your workout; participation or registration in cycling events; race results and cycling performance information (e.g., rankings, ride-related information); information relating to in-app chats and other communications with Veloji users
Internet or other electronic activity information: information about your computer or mobile application and browsers you use to access our Services; app version you use; log information about your use of the Services; and information regarding your interaction with our Services
Sensitive personal information: health-related information such as your height, weight, heart rate
The information that we collect will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The game does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Services, in a case of an error we collect data and information (through third party products) on your devices called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the application when utilizing our Services, the time and date of your use of the Services, and other statistics.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
